Our terms

Payment

Once a booking has been made we will request full payment for the training. Payment must be made at least 7 days in advance of the training date. Following payment we will confirm your booking by email. We will forward course details and any other information necessary.

Reserving dates

We can, when possible, hold available dates for up to 7 days to give you time to confirm all delegate’s are able to attend.

We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy the training.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, you must provide at least 7 days notice or it may result in the loss of course fees. We will, however, allow you to postpone training if you find other matters a priority.

Free support

We know that these applications can be quite daunting at first so we offer that extra reassurance that someone will be at hand to help you out should you need it. That’s why we offer 12 months* FREE email support! So if you get stuck or forget how to do something we have covered during the training just drop us a line. We promise to respond within 24 hours.

The best training

We want to provide you with the best training possible which is why we always discuss your needs with you first. We can tailor the training to suit you. You are even welcome to provide your own material to be used on the course. Sometimes clients even complete company projects during the training. We won’t bamboozle you with jargon or overload you with keyboard shortcuts like other trainers can.

*We say 6 months¬†but, to be honest, we won’t ignore you if it’s 10 months or even 12.
